摘要
用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以V(水):V(甲醇):V(H3PO4)=950:50:1为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,采用反相高效液相色谱法分离测定了两种复合维生素片剂中的泛酸钙,实验回收率在99.2%~103.4%之间,相对标准偏差RSD为0.6%~1.0%(n=5),检出限为41 ng.已用于复合维生素片剂中泛酸钙的测定.
Powered tablets were dissolved in the mobile phase of water-methanol-phosphoric acid (950:50:1) and the mixtures were filtered. Aliquots (20 μL) of the filtrates were analyzed on a column (30 cm × 3.9 mm) packed with NovaPak C18 (10 μm), with the above-mentioned mobile phase and detected at 210 nm. Recovery was from 99.2 to 103.4%, RSD were from 0.6 to 1.0% ( n = 5), and the detection limit was 41 ng. The method was applied to the determination of calcium pantothenate in multivitamin tablets.
