摘要
研究了在H2SO4介质中,Ru(Ⅲ)催化KIO4氧化吖啶红褪色反应的特性,测定了反应级数和反应速率方程,拟定了反应的最佳条件,建立了一个测定痕量Ru(Ⅲ)的催化动力学新方法.该方法的检出限为1.47×10-5μg/mL,线性范围为0.0~0.07μg/25 mL.用于测定某些冶金产品和矿石中的钌.
The catalytic effect of ruthenium (Ⅲ) on the decolorizing reaction of acridine red oxidized by potassium perioate in sulfuric acid medium is studied and applied to the determination of ruthenium(Ⅲ) by the kinetic spectrophotometry. The rate equation and reaction order of the catalytic reaction are also investigated. The linear range for the determination of Ru(Ⅲ) is 0.0 - 0.07 μg/25 mL with a detection limit of 1.47 × 10^-5 μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace ruthenium in some ores and metallurgical products with satisfactory results.
