甲苯氧化甲基化制苯乙烯新型催化剂的开发 被引量:2

New Catalysts Used in Oxidative Methylation of Toluene with Methane

摘要 采用共沉淀和浸渍法,制备了一系列双碱金属促进的双碱土金属氧化物催化剂,发现其在甲苯氧化甲基化制苯乙烯反应中表现出优异的性能。特别是Na+-K+/MgO-CaO(5:5:45:45mol%),在反应温度750℃,空速14000ml/g·h,原料气配比CH4:O2:C7H8:N2=11.2:2.1:1:10.4时,可实现C8(苯乙烯和乙苯)单程收率23.3%。60h的寿命试验表明,该催化剂具有良好的稳定性。 he bialkali-metal-compounds-promoted bialkaline earth metal oxides were prepared by coprecipitation and impregnation methed: It was found that the samples had excellent performances in the oxidative methylation of toluene with methane to styrene. The experiment' have been carried out under atmospheric pressure,at 750℃,with a CH4: O2: C7H8: N2 partial pressure ratio of 11. 2: 2. 1: 1: 10. 4 and at a space velocity of 14000ml/g· h. The highest C8 hydrocarbon yield (23. 3 % ) was obtained over Na+-K+ /MgO-CaO(5: 5: 45: 45mol % ). During 60h of catalyst life test,the catalyst showed very good stability.
