反相高效液相色谱法测定栀子金花丸中栀子苷的含量 被引量:5

摘要 目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定栀子金花丸中栀子苷的含量。方法色谱柱为spherisorb C18(4.6mm×250mm 5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(30:70),流速为1ml·min^-1.检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷在0.0472-0.236μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.9%,RSD为1.2%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、快速.重现性好。 OBJECTIVE An RP-HPLC method for determination of Geniposide in Zhizi Jinhua pills was established. METHODS A spherisorb C18 column (4.6mm× 250mm 5μm) was use with methanol-water (30:70) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1ml · min^-1. Geniposide content was detected at a wavelength of 238nm. RESULTS The linear range was 0. 0472-0. 236μg( r =0. 9999). The average recovery was 101.9%, RSD was 1.2% ( n =5). CONCLUSION The method was simple, rapid and reproducible.
