摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定栀子金花丸中栀子苷的含量。方法色谱柱为spherisorb C18（4．6mm×250mm 5μm）；流动相为甲醇-水（30：70），流速为1ml·min^-1．检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷在0．0472-0．236μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为101．9％，RSD为1.2％（n=5）。结论该方法简便、快速．重现性好。
OBJECTIVE An RP-HPLC method for determination of Geniposide in Zhizi Jinhua pills was established. METHODS A spherisorb C18 column （4.6mm× 250mm 5μm） was use with methanol-water （30：70） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1ml · min^-1. Geniposide content was detected at a wavelength of 238nm. RESULTS The linear range was 0. 0472-0. 236μg（ r =0. 9999）. The average recovery was 101.9%, RSD was 1.2% （ n =5）. CONCLUSION The method was simple, rapid and reproducible.
