摘要
模拟常用的工业开工条件处理CB-7铂铼重整催化剂,考察了干燥阶段小分子烃类及还原阶段不同气体组成对催化剂金属功能的影响。试验结果表明,干燥或还原过程中存在的小分子烃类将在催化剂上生焦使之减活,氧的存在则对消除上述影响,维持催化剂的金属功能有重要作用。而还原过程中含氧、含氮对催化剂金属功能影响不大。
The effects of light hydrocabons in ditterent media on catalytic metal function in edhydration and reduction were investigated by treatingCB-7 catalst under the conditions which are similar the media deactivated the reforming units.It was found that the ligh hydrocarbons among function of the reforming catalyst.
