摘要
中型放大试验规模合成二壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚，产品理化指标及使用性能均达到实验室产品质量水平。工业现场清洗试验结果表明，产品编号为ＤＮＰ－１５的产品具有良好的去污性能，达到或优于工业清洗剂配方中常用的ＯＰ－１０，是理想的清洗剂活性组分，且具有低泡易冲洗的特点，可推广应用于化学清洗领域。
The quality and service performance of the polyoxyethylene dinonylphenol (DNP-15)obtained from pilot scale synthesis duplicated the laboratory product. The on-site cleaning test showed that DNP-15 has better cleaning effect than the conventional detergent formulation, OP-10. It also has the characteristics of low foaming and ease of flushing.
