摘要
介绍了Ｔ３２１极压／抗磨添加剂的新合成工艺。１９９４年建成了２家百吨级工业装置，产品在许多石油化工厂获得应用，显示优良的使用性能。
A new synthetic process of an extreme pressure/antiwear additive named T321 is introduced. Two commercial units with hundred ton capacity were put into operation in 1994. The commercial products have been used in many petrochemical works and exhibited good performance.
