方剂“隐效”假说与辨病辨证论治相结合

"Concealed Effect" Hypothesis of Formulas and Combination of Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation and Differential Diagnosis of Diseases

通过分析“方证”及血清药理学方法,提出中医方剂“隐效”的概念。“隐效”受正气的引导,使方剂可以发挥多向调节的作用,推之于临床,可“同证异治”或“异证同治”。

Through analyzing ＂Formula Syndrome＂ and blood-serum pharmacology methods, the concept of ＂Concealed Effect＂ in pharmacology of traditional Chinese medical formulae was proposed. ＂Concealed Effect＂ conducted by healthy energy, can make formulas bringing into full play of multidirectional adjustment effect. It can be generalized in clinic, thus we can ＂treat the some syndrome with different methods＂ and ＂treat different syndromes with the same principle＂.
