On Status of Environmental Economic Policy and Progress Proposals in Our Country

本文简述了我国环境经济政策的主要内容以及实施中遇到的突出问题,并结合《国务院关于落实科学发展观加强环境保护的决定》中关于环境经济政策的最新要求,提出了进一步推进和完善我国环境经济政策的建议。

The paper explains briefly the main means implementation of environmental economic policy in our country and prominent issues met in implementation and puts forward proposals on pushing and perfecting environmental economic policy in our country in combination with the newly provisions of environmental economic policy in the 〈Decision of the State Council on implementing Scientific Viewpoint of Development and Strengthening Environmental Protection〉.
