高剂量左氧氟沙星注射液治疗临床常见细菌感染的疗效和安全性评价

Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of high dose levofloxacin in management of common bacterial infections

目的评价高剂量(500mg,1次d)左氧氟沙星注射液治疗临床常见细菌感染的有效性和安全性。方法采用前瞻性、开放、多中心研究方法在浙江地区8所医院共纳入各种细菌感染333例和术后预防感染患者70例,各系统平均疗程(5.72±3.20)d。结果左氧氟沙星注射液500mgd,1次d给药治疗常见细菌感染的临床有效率为92.49%,细菌清除率为91.67%,临床不良反应发生率为5.71%,主要为轻度胃肠道反应和注射部位发红、发痒等刺激性表现。结论高剂量左氧氟沙星注射液(500mgd,1次d)治疗临床常见细菌感染性疾病,疗效好,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high dose levofloxacin （LVFX） in management of common bacterial infections. Methods A prospective, multiple-center, open clinical trial was conducted. Three hundred and thirty three patients with bacterial infections and 70 postoperative patients from 8 hospitals in Zhejiang Province were enrolled. Average duration of LVFX （500mg LV. per day） administration was 3.63-8.01 days. Results The total clinical efficacy was 92.49% and the eradication rate was 91.67%. Safety assessment showed that clinical adverse reactions were 5.71%, mainly were mild gastrointestinal and local irritatire reactions. Conclusion LVFX administration at 500mg per day is effective in the treatment of bacterial infections with high tolerance and safety.
