摘要
焊接热源模式是焊接数值模拟研究的一个重要内容。文中简要介绍了焊接过程数值模拟热源的各种加载模式:高斯分布函数、双椭球分布函数、生死单元方法。针对具体算例,采用3种不同的热源加载模式进行三维焊接温度场的数值计算,并比较不同方法计算焊接温度场结果的差异。结果表明,生死单元方法是一种简单的热源加载模式,其计算效率优于其他2种加载方法。
Heat source model is an important aspect in numerical simulation of welding processes.The paper briefly introduces several heat source models in numerical simulation of welding processes,including Gaussian distribution,double-ellipsoid distribution and birth-death element.Numerical computation of 3D welding temperature field distribution is carried out using different heat source models.The differences of the computation results are compared.The results show that birth-death element strategy is a simple model of loading welding heat source,and its analysis efficiency is better than those of the other two models.
