摘要
设计了以89C51单片机为核心,采用带I2C总线接口芯片作为外扩芯片的逆变电阻焊控制器。通过对定时器的编程,对逆变波形进行脉宽调制,从而控制焊接电流有效值,并实现1kHz逆变频率;由于采用I2C总线,系统硬件结构简单,可靠性和可维护性得到提高。
A spot welding inverter controller with 89C51 microprocessor and I2C bus is designed.Pulse width modulation is realized by programming the timers so as to control the effective weld current and to obtain the 1 kHz inverting frequency.I2C bus is adopted to simplify the circuit structure and to increase the reliability and maintainability.
