摘要
为机械制造企业实施旧机床再制造提供了一种用于预测旧产品回收水平(回收数量和回收时间)的有效方法。该方法以影响旧产品回收的相关因素为基础,利用模糊逻辑推理系统构建模型,并通过一个实际案例的应用评估了模型的合理性和实用性。
It is helpful for the manufacturing enterprises to carry out remanufacturing in machine tools. It presents a practical method to forecast return values (return amount and return time) of scrapped products. Based on relevant factors of the returns of scrapped products, it builds the model of fuzzy inference system of forecasting return values, and evaluates the rationality and usability of the model with a practical case.
