摘要
信息化项目管理的特殊性和软件开发项目的高风险性使得项目经理的考评相对一般项目来讲更具难度。基于项目管理的思想和方法,在对软件开发项目经理工作进行分析的基础上形成了软件开发项目经理的绩效考评指标体系,并以某高新企业信息化软件开发项目为例,应用层次分析法对该项目经理绩效考评体系进行实证研究,并证实其合理性。
Aimed at the characteristic attribute of informatization project management and the high risk of the software development project, it prestnts the performance management for software development project manager, discusses the integration of performance management and project management according to the traits of software development project, establishes the performance measurements on the job analysisr. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, it develops the performance management into practice, the result shows that the proposed performance management is helpful for project manager in software enterprise.
