摘要
研究了以四溴苯酐、聚乙二醇400和1.2-7-丙二醇为原料,以二正丁胺为催化剂,合成的含溴聚酯多元醇的方法,探讨了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等对合成反应的影响。结果表明,当反应温度控制在110—200℃,升温速度以15℃/h,反应时间15h左右,催化剂质量分数在0.05%~0.1%时,阻燃聚酯多元醇酸值小于2.0mmKOH/g,粘度在3.0Pa·s左右时,用该产品制备硬度阻燃聚氨酯泡沫具有优良的阻燃性能。
The synthetic method of bromo-polyester polyol with tetrabromo-benzoicanhydride, ethyleneglycol 400 and 1,2-propyleneglycol as materials, di-n-butylamine as catalyst was studied. The ettect including reaction temperature, time and catalyst content was diacussed. The result showed that the rigid PU foam was prepared from this product which had high flame-retardance when the reaction temperature was controlled in 110 -200℃, the speed of temperature rising was 15 ℃/h, reaction time was about 15h, mass fraction was 0.05 % - 0.1%, acid value was less than 2.0mmKOH/g, viscosity was about 3.0.Pa · s.
