摘要
目的:测定葛根芩连微丸中的黄芩苷的含量。方法:HPLC色谱条件:C-18色谱柱(250×4 mm 10μm);柱温15℃;流速1.0 m l/m in;检测波长280 nm;流动相甲醇-磷酸-四氢呋喃(45:55:6)(磷酸为pH=2.7的磷酸水溶液)。结果:理论板数以黄芩苷计不低于4 500,平均回收率为99.81%,RSD=4.3%,标准曲线y=57 431x-31 331,r=0.999 9。结论:该方法能准确地测定黄芩的含量,可用于质量控制。
Objective: To determine the baicalin in Gegen Qinlian Wan. Methods: The HPLC conditions used were as follows : C,s Column ( 250 × 4 mm 10 μm). column temperature 15℃ ; CH3OH-H2O-Tet- rahydrofuran(THF) (45:55:6) ( H2O, pH = 2.7) as mobile phase, flow rate in 1.0 ml/min, detected wave length at 280nm. Result: The number of theoretical plates calculated by baicalin peak was not less than 4 500. The average recovery standard deviation was 99. 81%, and RSD was 4.3%. The calibration curve was: y =57 431x-31 331 ,r =0. 999 9. Conclusion: The method could be used for quality control in the production of Gegen Qinlian Wan.
