摘要
利用姜唐湖泵送混凝土退水闸施工期现场实测数据,采用遗传算法对水闸混凝土水管冷却温度场的计算参数进行反演分析,然后根据反演得到的计算参数,运用三维有限元方法对后续工程进行温度场和应力场的反馈仿真计算,以指导工程施工,收到了良好的温控防裂效果,严寒季节施工的所有泵送混凝土闸墩都没有开裂。
Using the measured temperature of pump concrete of Jiangtanghu sluice during construction period, the present paper adopts the genetic algorithms to carry out the back analysis of parameters of thermal field with cooling pipes. With these thermal parameters obtained from back analysis, the 3-D FEM is adopted to simulate the thermal field and stresses field of concrete constructed subsequently, so that some methods and skills could be put forward to direct the construction. Good effect of temperature control and crack prevention is achieved, and there are no concrete cracks in the piers constructed in serious cold season.
