摘要
葛洲坝水电站的水轮发电机组投产运行20多a以来,机组长期处于满负荷工况下运行,年平均运行小时数高达6 500 h以上,相当于其他水电站机组运行30多a。目前机组设备及其部件的老化现象严重,故障率不断上升,严重地影响着电力生产的安全运行。电站通过分析、研究,决定在进行设备改造检修的同时,将125 MW机组增容至146 MW,既实现了设备的更新换代,又适应了三峡工程建成后的联合运行。
The hydro-generating sets of Gezhouba Hydropower Station have already operated for more than 20 years. The average runtime of the generating set is up to 6500 hours every year, which equals to other power stations running for more than 30 years. The aging of generating set and its parts is serious, which influences the safe operation of generating set. We decided to increase the capacity of generating set from 125MW to 146MW, while carrying on the alteration of the equipment to overhaul by analyzing, comparing and studying. This not only achieves the update of the equipment but also adapts to the combination operation with the hydro-generating sets of Three Gorges Hydrepower Station after the completion of Three Gorges Project.
