市场需求不确定下的许可证费用与网络投资的关系

摘要文章首先介绍了欧洲3G许可证拍卖中出现过高费用的现象及其严重后果。然后通过建立竞争模型,分析得出企业的网络投资与企业利润正相关,拍卖许可证费用与网络投资负相关的结论。研究揭示了过高的许可证费用将给企业的赢利前景造成压力,应在拍卖设计中谨慎考虑。
