摘要
探讨森林公园经营管理的特点以及这些特点对其管理体制和组织机构设置提出的要求,分析森林公园目前的管理模式及组织机构设置状况和存在问题,并以陕西省平利县千家坪森林公园为例,对如何建立现代企业制度、构建适合森林旅游特点的组织机构,提出解决方案。
This paper analyses the characteristics of forest park and requirements in forest park model of corporation management. At the same time, it studies the situation and problems of forest park in the management modal and organization. Take Qianjiaping forest park in Pingli county Shaanxi province for exampie, the paper puts forwards the project in how to set up the modem corporation system and organization that fit in with the characteristics of forest tourism.
