摘要
在对浙江省国有林场进行实地调查的基础上,分析了浙江省国有林场社会保障的现状及存在的问题,指出了解决国有林场社会保障问题的基本措施。总体来看,浙江省国有林场社会保障普遍存在收入偏低、资金缺乏、拖欠工资严重、社会保障未完全社会化等问题,应从明确社会保障主体和责任以及妥善解决下岗补偿与再就业等方面着手加以解决。
Based on the spot investigation on state - owned forest farms of Zhejiang province, this paper analyzes the current situation and commonly existing problems of social security system, including low earnings, short funds, serious defaults on wages of workers and incomplete socialization of social security. Then it puts forward some basic countermeasures to solve the problems, including making clear the entity and responsibility of social security, properly dealing with the compensation for unemployment and dealing with the reemployment, etc.
