吲达帕胺缓释片的含量测定

Determination of the content of indapamide sustained release tablets

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定吲达帕胺缓释片含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,乙酰苯胺为内标,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(45:55:0.1)为流动相,流速1ml/min,检测波长240nm,测定吲达帕胺缓释片的含量。结果在16.4￣57.4μg/ml范围内吲达帕胺呈线性关系,回收率好。结论本法可测定吲达帕胺缓释片的含量。

Objective To establish HPLC method to determine the content of indapamide sustained release tablets. Method The column of C 18 was used and acetanilid sublimed as internal standard, mobile phase composed of methanol-water-acetic acid glacial （45：55：01）, flow rate at 1ml/min and determine wavelength at 240nm. Results The method is accurate and show a linear relationship with concentration range from 16.4 to 57.4μg/ml, with an average recovery at 98.44%. Conclusion The method can be used to determine the content of indapamide sustained release tablets.
