清热理气冲剂对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠细胞因子的影响 被引量:4

EFFECT OF QINGRE LIQI GRANULES ON CYTOKINES IN RATS WITH EXPERIMENTAL BILE REFLUX GASTRITIS

摘要 目的应用免疫组化方法探讨清热理气冲剂对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠细胞因子的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠应用胆汁灌胃建立胆汁反流性胃炎模型后,分组应用清热理气冲剂等效剂量、大剂量、西沙必利、枸橼酸铋钾处理,2周后观察胆汁反流性胃炎胃黏膜病理形态和超微结构变化,应用免疫组化方法分析各组大鼠胃黏膜TNF-α和IL-1β的表达。结果清热理气冲剂等效剂量组和大剂量组胃黏膜病理形态和超微结构与病理对照组相比显著改善。清热理气冲剂等效剂量组和大剂量组胃黏膜TNF-α表达指数明显低于病理对照组(P<0.01),而IL-1β表达指数与病理对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论清热理气冲剂可以减轻胃黏膜损伤,通过调节胃黏膜肿瘤坏死因子-α的表达而达到治疗胆汁反流性胃炎目的。 Objective To investigate the effect of Qingre liqi Granules on cytokines in rats with experimental bile reflux gastritis by immunohistochemical methods. Methods Bile was poured into the stomach of male SD rats to establish the experimental bile reflux gastritis model. Then different groups were treated with small-dose and large-dose qingre liqi granules, cisapride, and colloidal bismuth subcitrate for two weeks. The pathomorphology and ultrastructure of gastric mucosa in bile reflux gastritis were observed. Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of TNF-α and IL-1β in gastric mucosa of the rats. Results Compared with those of the model control group, the lesions of pathomorphology and ultrastructure of gastric mucosa in small-dose and large-dose qingre liqi granules groups were obviously improved. The expression index of TNF-α in groups A and B were lower than that in group E (P〈0. 01), while the difference in the expression index of IL-1β between groups A, B and group E had no significance (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Qingre liqi granules can relieve injury of gastric mucosa and treat bile reflux gastritis by affecting the expression of TNF-α.
