摘要
目的应用背向散射积分(IRS)研究不同浓度造影剂对肝脏各深度结构回声强度的影响。方法实验犬6条,以IBS方式显示肝脏、胆囊及门静脉右前支;以0.3ml/kg·min的速度静脉滴注以1:10、1:8、1:5和1:2比例稀释的造影剂;分析肝脏不同深度范围、胆囊腔和门静脉右前支血管腔在造影前后及不同造影浓度之间平均强度(average image intensity,AⅡ)值的差异。结果0—1cm和1—2cm:造影前后差异显著(P〈0.05),不同稀释比例之间无显著差异(P〉0.05);2—3cm:1:8、1:5和1:2稀释造影前后差异显著(P〈0.05),与1:10稀释之间差异显著(P〈0.05);3-4cm;1:8和1:5稀释造影前后差异显著(P〈0.05),其它浓度造影前后无显著差异(P〉0.05),1:5稀释与其它稀释比例之间差异显著(P〈0.05);4—5cm;1:10和1:8稀释造影前后差异显著(P〈0.05),与1:5和1:2稀释相比差异显著(P〈0.05),1:5和1:2稀释造影前后差异无显著性(P〉0.05);5—6cm:1:10和1:8稀释造影前后差异显著(P〈0.05),1:5和1:2稀释造影前后差异无显著性(P〉0.05);胆囊腔造影前后及各稀释比例之间差异无显著性;门静脉内血液造影前后差异显著,各稀释比例之间差异无显著性。结论不同浓度造影剂对各深度结构IBS的影响不同。关键词背向散射积分;造影剂;
Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations contrast agent on echo intensity of different depths by IBS in liver. Methods The liver, gallbladder and anterior division of the right portal vein of 6dogs were observed simultaneously by IBS mode. The eontrast agents of different concentrations were administrated iv at the rate of 0.3 ml/kg·min. The values of AⅡ were measured in different depths, gallbladders and anterior divisions of the right portal veins before and after injected. The values of AⅡ among different concentrations were analysed. Results 0~ 1 cm and 1 ~ 2 cm: The differences of AⅡ's values between pre and post contrast before and after contrast agent injection were significant, but there were no significant difference among different concentrations. 2 ~ 3 cm: The AⅡ's values were significantly different between before and after injection in the eoncentrations of 1:8, 1:5 and 1:2,but were not of 1 : 10. 3 ~ 4 cm: In 1:8 and 1:5, AⅡ's increased significantly after injection, but in others it did not. 4 ~ 5 cm and 5 ~ 6 cm: The increases of AⅡ were signitigant in 1:10, 1:8 and more signitigant than in 1:5 and 1:2. In gallbladders AⅡ appeared no significantly change constantly. In anterior divisions of the right portal veins AⅡ's values increased significantly. Conclusion There are different effects on enhancement image with different concentrations of contrast agent in different depth of liver.
