乳腺肿块191例的超声与病理诊断结果对照

Diagnosis of breast masses by ultrasonography in 191 patients

目的探讨超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法将191例行乳腺肿块切除术患者的术前超声诊断与术后病理结果对照分析。结果超声对乳腺肿块的检出率为100%,诊断符合率为84%,误诊率为8%,未定性率为8%。结论作为一种无创性检测手段,超声具有较高的临床应用价值。

Obstrctive To evaluate the usefulness of ultrasound in detection of breast masses.Methods 191 Patients with breast masses were examined using ultrasound before operation. The ultrasound results were analyzed according to histopathological diagnosis. Results The diagnostic rate was 100%, the accuracy rate was 84 %, the misdiagnosis rate was 8%, and the uncertain rate was 8%. Conclusion The ultrasound is an useful tool in detection of breast masses, and is complementary in the detection of breast masses.
