摘要
从绦虫蚴病的细胞免疫及细胞因子、体液免疫、补体介导的免疫应答、绦虫蚴分泌物对宿主反应的抑制几方面阐述了宿主对绦虫蚴感染免疫应答的研究进展。旨在探讨绦虫蚴感染宿主后不同发育阶段细胞免疫和体液免疫的特点、绦虫蚴产生的活性分子MF对宿主免疫应答的调节以及宿主产生的NO和补体对感染绦虫蚴的抑制和杀灭作用。
Advances in host immune responses to infected metacestodes are reviewed, including cellular immunity and cytokines, humoral immunity, complement-mediated immune responses, and suppression of metacestode secretion to host's attack, in order to elucidate the characteristics of the host cellular and humoral immunity against infected metacestodes at different stages, the regulation of a larval active molecule MF and cysteine proteases to host immune responses as well as the roles of NO and complement produced by host in suppressing and killing infected metacestodes.
