摘要
用链引发聚合法制备了GG-g-PNIAAm聚合物,并用浇铸蒸发法制备了含有不同戊二醛的温敏膜,通过凝胶增重法考察含不同戊二醛量的温敏膜在RH75%,40℃与25℃温度时的透湿特点.实验结果显示,聚合物的LCST约为37.5℃.当温度高于共聚物的LCST时,温敏膜收缩,膜的透湿性增强;交联剂的加入使得温敏膜的透湿性降低.证明了异丙基丙烯酰氨-g-瓜耳胶(PNIAAm-g-GG)温敏膜透湿性具有明显的温度依赖性.
Thermo - sensitive hydrogels of ploy (N - isopropylacylamide) (PNIAAm) grafting natural guar gum were synthesized and the effect of temperature and crosslinking agent on its permeability was investigated. Thermo- sensitive hydrogels were synthesized by using N - isopropylacrylamide and guar gum (GG), crosslinked with glularaldehyde (GA). The films with different mass of GA were made and the permeability of thermo- sensitive film was studied in the condition of 40 ℃, RH 75 % and 25 ℃ by weighting the absorbed water mass of the silica gel. The lower critical solution temperature(LGST) of the polymer was about 37.5 ℃. The permeation of thermo- sensitive film was faster at above LCST than at below LCST; the permeation and permeability coefficient of thermo- sensitive film decreased with increasing of GA. The permeability of N - iso- propylacrylamide - g - guar gum film had obvious thermo - sensitive.
