高温超导薄膜YBa_2Cu_3O_(6.5)正常态电荷传输特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了50T左右脉冲强磁场的实验技术,诸如脉冲磁体设计、实验探针设计及测量线路设计等。随后,对高温超导薄膜YBa2Cu3O6.5在强磁场中的磁阻进行了实验研究。进而揭示正常态时超导薄膜YBa2Cu3O6.5随温度降低展现由导体向绝缘体的过渡过程。 The work is to present the transport experimental techniques, especially design of pulsed magnets, probes and measuring circuits for different experiments. Furthermore, measurements of normalstate resistivity of HTSC film YBa2Cu3O6.5 are expounded in detail. Through experimental research, the transition from conductor to insulator for YBa2Cu3O6.5 at normal-state is observed.
