摘要
目的探讨Ku70在卵巢组织中的表达水平与卵巢癌发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测Ku70蛋白在15例正常卵巢、20例卵巢囊腺瘤和71例卵巢癌组织中的表达。结果Ku70在正常卵巢、卵巢囊腺瘤和卵巢癌组织中都有不同程度的表达,但卵巢癌组织中Ku70的表达明显高于正常卵巢组织和卵巢囊腺瘤,且卵巢癌组织分化程度越差则Ku70的阳性率越高,表达强度亦越强,不同组织类型的卵巢癌Ku70的表达无差异。结论Ku70蛋白可能在卵巢癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective： To investigate the involvement of Ku70 protein in the development of ovarian carcinoma. Methods： Ku70 expression in ovarian tissue samples was examined by immunohistochemistry in 15 cases of normal control, 20 cases of ovarian cystadenoma, and 71 cases of ovarian carcinoma. Results：The expression of Ku70 in ovarian carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissues and ovarian cystadenoma tissues. Low differentiated ovarian carcinoma had elevated Ku70 expression. Conclusion：Ku70 plays an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of ovarian carcinoma.
