摘要
目的探讨MMP-2、MMP-9、TI MP-2、TI MP-1在宫颈鳞癌组织的表达状态及其与宫颈鳞癌侵袭转移的关系,并初步了解p65表达与MMP-2、MMP-9表达状态之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测了10例正常宫颈组织、13例CINⅡ,11例CINⅢ,30例浸润性宫颈鳞癌组织MMP-2、MMP-9、TI MP-2、TI MP-1和p65的表达状态。结果浸润癌MMP-9、TI MP-2、TI MP-1阳性表达率明显高于其他几组,p65表达状态与MMP-9基本一致。与MMP-9、MMP-2阴性浸润癌病例相比,MMP-9、MMP-2阳性患者的TI MP-1、TI MP-2阳性表达强度并无明显差异。结论MMP-9、TI MP-1、TI MP-2表达增加在宫颈鳞癌侵袭过程中起着重要作用,宫颈鳞癌MMP-9高表达可能与p65蛋白高表达有关。
Objective: To observe the expressions of p65 and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP 2), MMP 9, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2),and TIMP-1 in cervical squamous carcinoma, and study the relationship between their expressions and the tumor invasion. Methods: The immunohistochemistry method (SP method ) was used to examine the expression of p65 and MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-2, and TIMP-1 in 13 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅱ (CIN Ⅱ ), 11 cases of CIN Ⅲ ,30 cases of invasive squamous carcinoma,and 10 normal cervical tissue. Results: In invasive squamous carcinoma the positive rates of MMP-9 ,TIMP-2 ,and TIMP-1 were markedly higher than that in CIN and normal tissues. The expression of p65 was consistent with MMP-9 expression. The expression intensity of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 was not significantly different in MMP-2 and MMP-9 positive cases compared with MMP-2 and MMP-9-negative cases. Conclusion: Increased expressions of MMP-9, TIMP-1, and TIMP-2 may play an important role in the invasion of cervical squamous carcinoma. The higher expression of MMP 9 in cervical carcinoma may be related with the higher expression of p65 protein.
