Future of “Old”Building

本文将20世纪70年代后期及80年代中国城市建筑作为研究对象,指出其在城市发展过程中面临被毁坏、拆除与不合理改建等问题,呼吁建立相应法规,指导旧建筑的保护性改建,建立可持续发展的建筑发展观。

Regarding Chinese urban architecture of the late 1970＇s and 1980＇s as object of studies,the authors fing out some problems of destruction,demolition and unreasonable rebuilding in urban development.They appeal for establishing up relevant statutes for guiding protective re building work.
