放置VCu200 IUD不同年限宫颈粘液含铜量 被引量:4

摘要 本文用无火焰原子吸收分光光度仪HITACHI-180测试置VCu200IUD妇女宫颈粘液含铜量267例。其结果为自第1年平均含铜量2.66±0.58μg/g粘液湿重至第15年降为0.91±0.6μg/g粘液湿重,显示宫颈粘液含铜量随放置时间延长而渐减少。金属圆环组214例,各不同年限宫颈粘液含铜量平均为0.35±0.08~0.56±0.14μg/g粘液湿重。未带器组21例宫颈粘液平均含铜量为0.47±0.11μg/g粘液湿重,VCu200组与金属圆环组各年限相比均有显著差异(P<0.05~0.001)。与未带器组比各年fK亦皆有显著差异(P<0.05~0.001)。文献报道铜离子浓度达1.0μg/ml有杀死或抑制精子活动的作用,浓度为0.7μg/ml能使孕卵胚泡中毒。本文置VCu1200IUD者第10年时铜离子含量为1.11μg/g粘液湿重,第15年为0.91±0.1μg/g粘液湿重,依此推测VCu200IUD至少可放置10年以上。 The purpose of the study was to test the effective period of VCu200IUD.The concentration Of copper ion was measured by non flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer HITACHI-180.The average concentration of copper ion was 2.66±0. 58μg/g.w.win the first year,then gradually decreasing to 0. 91±0. 16μg/g.W.W fifteenth year in the group of VCu200IUD.There was average 0. 35±0. 08~0. 56±0. 14μg/g.w.w on the stainless steel ring group and 0.47±0. 11μ/g. w. w. for the control group. It is shownthat the concentration of copper ion on VCu200 IUD group was decreasing with the passage of time and there was a statistically significant difference between VCu200 IUD group,on the one hand and the stainless steel ring and the control groups,on the other hand(P<0. 05~0.001).No difference was found between the stainless steel ring and the control groups.According to literature, the concentration of copper ion attained1.0 μg/ml which was responsible for antlfertility.In the study COncentration 0f copper ion was higher that 1.0μg/ml in tenth year,which suggested effective period was over ten years.
