摘要
目的应用彩色多普勒超声观察不同剂量有机磷化合物中毒兔肾的血流动力学改变。方法建立兔有机磷中毒动物模型,分别于染毒后1 h、3 h对4个不同剂量实验组及对照组行超声及彩色多普勒检查,二维超声观察肾的大小及回声,定量分析肾动脉血流参数并与病理结果进行对照分析。结果任一剂量组染毒后肾回声均无改变。随着剂量的增大、染毒时间的延长,肾体积、长径与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),体积的变化早于长径。血流参数舒张期最低血流速度、平均血流速度、收缩期峰值血流速度、搏动指数、阻力指数在各级肾动脉表现出不同的特点。结论有机磷类化合物中毒兔肾血流动力学改变与其病理变化相关,超声可以为诊断有机磷中毒肾损害提供依据。
Objective To observe the changes of renal hemodynamics of different dosage of organophosphorus compounds poisoning rabbits by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods Animal models of acute organophosphorus poisoning were established. Ultrasonic examinations were performed on four different dosage experimental groups and control group at the time 1 h and 3 h after rabbits being poisoned. The echo and size of kidney were observed by two-dimensional ultrasound. The flow parameters of kidney were analyzed quantity by color Doppler. Results No significant changes were found in kidney echo of any groups. With the increasing dosage and prolonging time of poisoning,significant changes were found in volume and length of kidneys compared with that of control group (P 〈 0. 05). The change of volume emerged earlier than length did. Different characteristics can be observed of diastolic minimum velocity, mean velocity, systolic maximum velocity, pulsed index,resistant index in different renal arteries respectively. Conclusions The changes of renal hemodynamics are related to that of kidney pathology. Useful evidence can be offered by ultrasonography in diagnosis of impaired kidney caused by organophosphorus compounds poisoning.
