摘要
针对某厂开发的滚丝轮在使用过程中发生的崩牙问题,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析等手段对滚丝轮的失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:滚丝轮的寿命波动主要与其材质有关,而且其过早失效还受到机械加工的影响。从滚丝轮的制造工艺入手,提出了延长滚丝轮使用寿命的具体对策。
The fracture failure of rollers developed by a certain factory was analyzed. The material and mechanical property of rollers were examined with metallography, SEM and EDS. The results show that the service life fluctuation of rollers mainly related to the material quality. The early failure of roller was also influenced by roaching processing. Based on the study of manufacturing technology of rollers, some methods of increasing the service life of rollers have been provided.
