贝复新对美容外科手术切口愈合影响的临床研究

Effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) on the healing of plastic sugrey incision

目的:研究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF,商品名:贝复新)对美容外科手术切口愈合的影响。方法:采用自体配对对照法,共计60例美容外科手术切口,手术后切口处,每天1次自行涂抹贝复新,持续至伤口拆线。对照组伤口常规处理,观察两组切口的愈合时间和质量,以及不良反应发生情况。数据用统计学方法处理。结果:rb-bFGF组切口愈合质量显著好于对照组,愈合时间显著短于对照组。结论:rb-bFGF对美容外科手术切口的愈合作用肯定。

Objective To investigate the effect of bFGF on the healing of cosmetic surgery incision. Methods 60 patients with cosmetic surgery.Surgical wound were divided into groups to observe the healing quality and side effect. In experimental group,bFGF was applied topically on the incision intraoperatively and dressing once a day postoperatively until stitches removal,while the incision was mamaged routinely in control group. Results Healing quality and time of experimental group was good and shorter than that of control group. Conclusion rb-bFGF promotes the healing of plasticsurgery incision.
