肌皮瓣骨膜悬吊法眼袋去除术的临床应用

Clinical application of lower blepharoplasty of suspending musculocutaneous flap to periosteum

目的:探讨肌皮瓣骨膜悬吊法眼袋去除术的适应证及其优点和难点。方法:通过总结我科124例眼袋去除术病例,比较各种手术方法、疗效及发生并发症的几率。结果:肌皮瓣骨膜悬吊法眼袋去除术适用于下睑皮肤较松的各年龄段患者(无论其下眶隔有无脂肪疝出),发生下睑外翻的几率很低,矫治彻底、疗效持久,不但可去除眼袋还可提升面中部、舒平鼻唇沟,达到面中部去皱的效果。结论:肌皮瓣骨膜悬吊法是去除眼袋、提升面中部、改善鼻唇沟过深的理想术式。

Objective To research indication and strongpoint and difficulty of blepharoplasty of suspending musculocutaneous flap to periosteum. Methods To sum up 104 cases lower blepharoplasty,and to compare operation method and probability of occurring complication and curative effect. Results The method of suspending musculocutaneous flap to periosteum is suitable for any age patient who lower eyelids skin is rather flabby （no matter what lower orbital fat is hernial）, the odds of occurring ectropion is very small,operation effect is perduring, not only eye bag can be get rid of but also it can lift midface and flatten nasolabial fold,so it can obtain effect reducing midface wrinkle. Conclusion The method of suspending musculocutaneous flap to periosteum is perfect one of lower blepharoplasty and lifting midface to flatten nasolabial fold.
