上颌双尖牙区种植体美学牙龈基台设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:测量、分析自然上颌双尖牙颈部解剖形态数据资料,以此为依据设计开发成品上颌双尖牙牙龈美学基台,以增加上颌双尖牙区种植美学效果。方法:采用人工测量离体上颌双尖牙颈部解剖数据,三维激光立体扫描系统获取我国成人牙列标准石膏模型双尖牙颈部点阵数据;运用CAD/CAM原理设计并开发出预制双尖牙美学基台。结果:设计并成功开发出与自然上颌双尖牙颈部大小形态相宜、不同型号的种植修复牙龈美学成型基台。结论:上颌双尖牙种植美学基台的成功研发,其操作简便,兼有牙龈成型与穿龈愈合作用,有广阔的临床应用前景。 Objective To design and explore the maxillary premolar aesthetic abutment by measuring and analyzing the data of the cervix of adult maxillary premolar and to promote aesthetics of implant restoration in the area of premolar. Methods The data of the neck of the ex-vivo maxillary premolar were measured and analyzed,and the prefabricate aesthetic abutment of the maxillary premolar based on CAD/CAM technique was explored by scanning the neck of the maxillary premolar of the standard model with the 3D laser stereoscan system. Results We have designed and developed implant aesthetic abutment successfully for maxillary premolar with different height and width according to various person, Conclusion The esthetic implant abutment was designed and explored successfully. It maybe used widely in clinical.
