摘要 目的:就近年来国内外有关丙酮酸抑制自由基生成、促进自由基清除的抗氧化作用进行阐述。资料来源:应用计算机检索Elsevier1995-01/2005-05和BIOSISPreviews1996-01/2005-05期间与丙酮酸的作用相关的文章,检索词“Pyruvate”,并限定文章语言种类为“English”。同时应用计算机检索中国期刊网1997-01/2005-05相关文献,检索词“丙酮酸”,并限定文献语种为中文。资料选择:就检索到的55篇文献进行筛选,从资料中选取以丙酮酸的抗氧化作用及相关研究为主要研究内容的文献19篇;其中,研究内容相似的,以近几年发表的优先。资料提炼:将筛选到的19篇文献分类:其中1篇与丙酮酸的性质有关,3篇与丙酮酸的重要作用有关,2篇与细胞的氧化还原状态有关,2篇与缺血再灌注损伤有关,11篇与丙酮酸的抗氧化作用有关,其主要的研究对象是大鼠和天竺鼠,分别在不同的组织(如心脏、小肠、肝脏)说明了丙酮酸的抗氧化作用。资料综合:丙酮酸已在心脏再灌注损伤和急性肾衰竭中证实具有保护机体抗功能性损伤。丙酮酸可直接抑制过氧化氢产生,并间接增加抗氧化剂即还原型谷胱甘肽的含量,进而增加谷胱甘肽抗氧化系统的能力。丙酮酸可抑制缺血再灌注损伤、黏膜组织的损伤、嗜中性粒细胞的浸润以及自由基的生成。结论:丙酮酸可作为一种抗氧化剂,抑制自由基生成,促进自由基清除。 OBJECTIVE: To explain the effect of pyruvate as an antioxidant that pyruvate may inhibit free radical generation and promote free radical elimination at home and abroad recently. DATA SOURCES: We search for correlative articles on effect of pyruvate in the Elsevier database published, from Januaury 1995 to May 2005 and in BIOSIS Previews database published from January 1996 to May 2005 by the computer with the key words of "Pyruvate" in English. At the same time, we searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure for the correlative articles on the effect of pyruvate published from January 1997 to May 2005 with the key words of "pyruvate" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: Fifty-five retrieved articles were screened out. Nineteen articles on anti-oxidation of pyruvate and related researches were selected. Among the articles with similar research, the recent published were precedence. DATA EXTRACTION: The 19 inclusive articles were classified, in which one was related with the character of pyrovate; three were related with the important effect of pyrovate; two were related with the redox of cells; two were related with ischemia-reporfusion injury; eleven were related with the important effect of pyruvate as an antioxidant. The main research subjects were rats and guinea pig. The anti-oxidation of pyrovate was indicated at different tissue (such as heart, small intestine and liver), respectively. DATA SYNTHESIS: The pyrovate could protect the anti-antional injury of body verified in reperfusion injury of heart and acute renal failure. The pyrovate could inhibit the production of hydrogen peroxide directly, and increased indirectly the antioxidant, that was, the content of reduced glutathin, so as to increase the ability of anti-oxidation of glutathin. The pyrovate could inhibit the ischemical reporfusion injury, injury of mucous membrane tissue, infiltration of neutrophils and the generation of free radical. CONCLUSION: As an antioxidant, the pyruvate can inhibit generation of free radical and promote elimination of free radical.
