初次全膝置换术中伸屈间隙的软组织平衡方法 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨初次全膝置换术中伸屈间隙软组织平衡的方法。方法113例因原发性膝骨性关节炎行初次全膝关节置换术的患者,术中伸屈间隙的软组织平衡是采用针对软组织的不平衡模式,有针对性地对挛缩软组织进行松解。结果92.3%的膝关节都可以得到非常好的伸屈间隙内外侧平衡,伸屈间隙相等,优占80.5%,良19.5%。结论松解挛缩组织方法可以比较好地解决初次全膝关节置换术中伸屈间隙软组织不平衡的问题。 Objective To investigate the method of creating flexion-extension soft tissue balancing in primary total knee arthroplasty. Methods One hundred and thirteen patients with osteoarthritis of the knees were treated with primary total knee arthroplasty. The technique of soft tissue balancing was only to release contractive soft tissue in flexion or extension of the knees according to the different models of knee unbalancing. Results 92.3% of the knees attained sound symmetric flexion-extension gaps. The excellent rate of gap equivalence between flexion and extension was 80.5% and the good rate was 19.5%. Conclusion Releasing contractive soft tissue could resolve the problem of flexion-extension soft tissue unbalancing in primary total knee arthroplasty.
