原位自体骨与磷酸钙人工骨混合植骨在脊柱侧凸畸形矫正融合术中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨脊柱畸形矫正融合术中原位自体骨与磷酸钙人工骨混合植骨的应用效果。方法 38例脊柱侧凸畸形患者应用MOSS—Miami系统矫正固定后,将棘突根部及部分椎板去皮质原位植骨加磷酸钙生物陶瓷人工骨植骨。结果 随访3~12个月,术后冠状面侧位Cobb角为10°~50°,平均为22.6°,平均矫正率为70.5%,术后矢状面胸腰段后凸为16°~33°,平均26°,旋转畸形平均矫正Ⅰ度。X线片示脊柱融合良好,无假关节形成。结论 脊柱畸形矫正术诸多的植骨融合方法中,棘突根部椎板去皮质原位植骨加磷酸钙生物陶瓷人工骨混合应用是一种实用、简易、可靠的植骨方法。 Objective To study the combination of in situ bone autograft and calcium phosphate bioceramic implantation in the correction and fusion for scoliosis. Methods 38 cases with scoliosis were treated with deformity correction using MOSS-Miami system, and implanted with combination of in situ bone autograft and calcium phosphate bioceramics after spinal process and partial laminae decortication. Results All cases were followed up for 3 - 12 months. After operation, the coronal Cobb angle was 10°~50°, 22. 6°on average, and the correction rate was 70. 5%. The sagittal Cobb angle was 16°~ 33°,26°on average. The rotation deformity was corrected Ⅰ degree. The roentgenograph showed good spinal fusion without pseudoarhothosis. Conclusions It is a kind of practical, simtple and reliable bone graft in the spinal fusion with combination of in situ bone autograft and calcium phosphate bioceramic implantation.
