摘要
目的合成并检测^(18)F-NaF;比较^(99)Tc^m-亚甲基二膦酸盐(MDP)全身骨显像与^(18)F-NaFPET/CT 骨显像对诊断肺癌骨转移的价值。方法用 MINItrace 回旋加速器通过核反应^(18)O(p,n)^(18)F 生产^(18)F-F^-,用离子交换法合成^(18)F-NaF 并进行质控检测。对10例已行^(99)Tc^m-MDP 全身骨显像的肺癌患者行^(18)F-NaF PET/CT 检查,对两者图像进行比较。结果 ^(18)F-NaF 注射液符合要求。^(18)F-NaF PET/CT骨显像探测到^(18)Tc^m-MDP 骨显像发现的所有病灶,并探测到后者未发现的8个病灶,使^(99)Tc^m-MDP 骨显像不确定诊断数减少。结论 ^(18)F-NaF PET/CT 诊断肺癌骨转移准确性更高,可作为^(99)Tc^m-MDP 骨显像的补充。
Objective To prepare lSF-NaF and to compare the value of ^18F-NaF PET/CT and ^99Tc^m-methylene dipbosphonic acid (MDP) SPECT imaging for bone metastasis of lung cancer. Methods is F-F- was prepared by cyclotron MINltrace via nuclear reaction lS O (p, n) is F. is F-NaF injection was synthesized by ion exchange method and then followed by quality control. Both ^18F-NaF PET/CT and ^99Tc^m-MDP whole body bone imaging were done and compared in 10 lung cancer patients. Results ^18F-NaF was fit for clinical injection. ^18F-NaF PET/CT imaging could detected all the lesions found in ^99Tc^m-MDP whole body bone imaging and 8 more lesions were detected by the former. Conclusions ^18F-NaF PET/CT imaging is more sensitive than ^99Tc^m-MDP bone imaging. It can be served as a supplement of ordinary ^99Tc^m- MDP SPECT bone imaging.
