卡介菌多糖核酸对寻常型银屑病患者外周血单一核细胞产生干扰素-γ和白细胞介素-4的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸对寻常型银屑病患者外周血单一核细胞(PBMCs)产生干扰素-γ、白细胞介素-4的影响。方法用ELISA法各检测30例来源于正常对照组、银屑病组及卡介菌多糖核酸组外周血单一核细胞培养上清液中IFN-γ和IL-4的量。结果卡介菌多糖核酸组IFN-γ水平明显低于银屑病组而高于正常对照(P<0.05),IL-4水平在三组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸可通过降低IFN-γ的水平而对银屑病起到治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of BCG-PSN on the IFN-γ and IL-4 produced by peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods The levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in cell culture supernatant of PBMCs, coming from 30 cases of the normal control group, the psoriasis group and the BCG-PSN group respectively were detected by ELISA. Results Levels of IFN-γ of the BCG-PSN group were decreased significantly compared with that of the psoriasis group and significantly higher than that of the normal control group( P 〈0.05 ) ,levels of IL-4 had no significant difference among the three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion BCG-PSN may exert its treatment effects on psoriasis by decreasing the level of IFN-γ produced by PBMCs .
