男性生殖器疱疹87例复发诱因及防治

Analysis of Predisposing Cause and Prevention of Recurrent Genital Herpes among 87 Male Patients with Genital Herpes

目的探讨男性生殖器疱疹(GH)复发诱因及防治对策。方法设计临床研究表格,选择自愿配合观察的患者详细填写其病史、复发前1周内机体的一般情况、饮食、性行为等诱因,全程记录治疗、预防措施,随访1年后评价。结果①87例男性GH复发诱因中,62.07%在复发前1周内有连续过度饮酒,13.79%有不干净手淫行为,11.49%与粗暴性交有关,9.2%在过度疲劳或其他身体不适时复发,3.45%与外生殖器浸湿不卫生有关。②采用抗病毒药物内外合用与单独石炭酸樟脑液外用的两组方法治疗对照,两组疗效无显著性差异(χ2=0.72,P>0.05)。③应用免疫增强剂和避免诱因后,有74.71%患者1年内未见复发。结论①任何造成全身免疫或局部免疫功能下降的因素,都可诱发男性GH的复发,避免诱因和应有免疫增强剂后,GH复发率明显降低。②除非患者并发有尿道炎需要选用抗病毒药物,男性GH可单独局部用药也能获得一次治愈的目的。

Objective To investigate the predisposing cause and prevention of recurrent genital herpes （GH） among male patients with GH. Methods Detail case history of patient with GH was recorded, including predisposing cause, prevention and treatment. Follow - up studies were made one year after the treatment. Results In 87 patients with GH,it was showed that excessive drinking, abnormal masturbation, brutal sex, fatigue and extenalgenital soakage might be related to recurrent GH, accounting for 62.07%, 13.97%, 11.49% ,9.2% and 3.45%. There was no significant differences in cure time between using phenol for external and using antiviral agents for external and for oral administration （X^2 =0.72,P 〉0. 05）. 74.71% patients had no recurrence for one year after using immunomodulating agents and avoiding predisposing causes . Conclusion Lowered immune function is related to the recurrence of GH,immunomodulating agents can raise the cure rate of GH. Antiviral agents can be used to treat GH accompanied with urethritis, GH can be cured by using drugs for external.
