周围神经损伤感觉终器退变与重建实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON DEGENERATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE SENSORY END ORGANS IN PERIPHERAL NERVE INJURIES

目的：通过观察灵长类动物指神经切断后感觉终器的退变和不同时间修复神经后感觉终器的重建过程，以证实修复晚期周围神经损伤恢复感觉功能的临床价值。方法：检测方法采用感觉神经传导速度、神经纤维镀银染色、非特异胆碱酯酶染色、感觉终器超微结构观察等。结果经计算机图象分析和统计学分析。结果：Ｍｅｉｓｓｎｅｒ小体失神经支配３０周基本退变消失。在小体消失前修复神经，再生神经纤维可以与残留的小体重建连接。Ｍｅｉｓｓｎｅｒ小体消失以后不能再生。再生神经纤维长入真皮乳头，以游离末梢的形式恢复部分功能。ｐａｃｉｎｉａｎ小体退变缓慢，修复神经后可以恢复基本结构。结论：作者认为修复晚期周围神经损伤重建感觉功能有重要的价值。

objective:The present study is aimed at tracing of the degeneration process of the sensory end organs after transection of the nerve,their reconstruction and functional recovery fOllowhg nerve repair,thereby corroborating the clinical value of delayed repair of peripheral nerve repair thereby corroborating the clinical value fo delayed repair of peeripheeral nerve Methods:Swn-sory conduction velocity(SCV),silvered staining of nerve fibre,nonspecific cholinesterase staining,and ultramicroscopic structure of the sensory endings were as parameters,and theresults were then subject-ed to image analysis with the use of computer and statistical analysis.ResuIts:ResuIts revealed that the,egenerating nerve fibers can be seen growing into the remained Meissner organs if there*rmentof thenervewere made.The Meissner organs disappeared at 30 weeks and were not regeneration even the nerve was repaired.However,the new nerve fibres grew into the papillae of dermis in the form of free nerve endings instead of creating new organs with some recovery of the sensory function.The Pacinian 0 organ;degenerated slow and could regain the morphological features near these of normal ones.couclusiou:In light of the above facts,we consider that it is worthwhile to perform a de1ayed re-pair of injured peripheral.nerve.
