主动脉环体外微血管生成模型的发展

摘要 在机体中只要有器官发生就有血管形成，主要包括血管新生（vasculogenesis）和血管生成（angiogcnesis），这对于氧，营养素，代谢产物的输送是必需的，血管新生仅发生在胚胎早期，血管生成常见于某些病理情况，如伤口愈合，肿瘤等。大量的研究不断证明，血管生成在肿瘤发生，发展，浸润，转移等生物学过程发挥重要作用。
