肝脏干细胞研究进展
摘要
人体持续更新的组织如骨髓，皮肤，肠粘膜上皮等存在干细胞池，通过干细胞不间断的增殖，分化来产生成熟细胞。在肝脏，由于成熟的肝细胞仍然具备分裂，增殖的能力，肝组织内是否存在干细胞是一个长期以来颇有争议的问题。近年来随着发育生物学尤其是干细胞生物学的飞速发展，
