早期胃癌与前哨淋巴结 被引量：12

摘要 胃癌的淋巴结转移状况是预后的最重要因素之一。转移淋巴结的清扫，尤其是微转移灶的清除，是胃癌根治的关键。广泛性淋巴结清扫（extended lymph node dessiction,ELND）一直深受胃肠肿瘤外科学者的推崇，随着胃癌早期诊断技术水平的提高，如纤维胃镜的广泛应用，
