结肠成形术应用现状
摘要
中低位直肠癌行保肛术后常出现排便次数多，排便急迫感及轻度失禁等症状，即所谓的“前切除术后综合征”，Lazorthes,Pare先后构建了结肠Ⅰ型储袋来改善低位直肠癌保肛术后排例功能，取得了良好疗效。
