摘要
对交叉支撑转向架摩擦减振装置所用的三种高分子材料斜楔的摩擦磨损性能及磨损机理进行了研究。结果表明:三种高分子材料斜楔与T10磨耗板配对时的摩擦系数基本没有差异,都明显低于传统的ADI斜楔与45钢组成的配对副;从磨损量角度来讲,三种高分子材料组成的斜楔与T10磨耗板配对时的体积磨损量远远低于45钢与ADI配对副的体积磨损量。
The friction and wear properties and mechanism of three kinds of high polymer slanting wedge materials for frictional damping system of cross-braced bogies were studied. The results showed that the friction coefficients of three kinds of high polymer materials against T10 steel were almost same, and obviously lower than that of couples consisting of ADI against 45 steel. Moreover, the wear volume loss of three kinds of high polymer materials against T10 was obviously lower than that of ADI against 45 steel.
