Advance in Lymphangiogenesis of Colorectal Carcinoma

摘要 大量的研究发现恶性肿瘤和瘤周组织内存在新生的淋巴管,新生的淋巴管密度和淋巴管标记物的表达强度均与淋巴结转移密切相关,这为揭示恶性肿瘤淋巴道转移机制和开发淋巴管靶向治疗提供了重要的研究途径。目前,肿瘤新生淋巴管的研究尚处于初始阶段,本文对其在大肠癌淋巴转移研究中的进展和存在的问题作一综述。 Lymphangiogenesis has been found in the parenchymatous and surrounding tissues of many malignancies. The density of neogenetic lymphatics and the expression levels of molecular markers of lymph duct are closely related to lymphatic metastasis. The study on lymphangiogenesis has become an important way to discover the mechanism of lymphatic metastasis and explore lymphatic targeting therapy; however, it is still at a primary phase in present. This article mainly reviewed the advance and the problems in the study on lymphangiogenesis of colorectal carcinoma.
